You must be an Account Administrator to be able to access the Account page in the App.
Open App to Hub
Navigate to Account by clicking the side menu (aka Hamburger, the 3 lines at the top left), and tap Account.
In the Account page, tap Payment. Here you will find Credit Card under the Add Another Payment Method section.
- Select Credit Card and this will display some details about how, what and when. Tap the Continue button to enter credit card details, or tap Back to cancel.
- This will open the Set Up Credit Card page and show the Windcave hosted payment page. Enter your credit card details and click Submit, or click Cancel Payment. After clicking Submit, a screen showing the success/failure will be shown.
- On success, Payment tab within Account will show the credit card as the new payment method.
Click other payment methods to change your payment method.
